Barbeque Chicken Recipe
This legit roasted chicken with savory-sweet spices is perfect for serving your special dinner menu. In order to be perfectly cooked to the inside, the chicken should be cooked ungkep at the same time with the marinade / marinade. After that, the chicken only needs to be roasted for a while until the outside is crisp and beautifully brown in color.
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs - 5 pieces
- Butter or margarine - 3 tbsp
- Rosemary - 1 tsp
- Marinade:
- Garlic, puree - 3 cloves
- BBQ sauce - 5 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar / palm sugar - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Butter or margarine - 1 tbsp

Plans
- Clean the chicken. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients until smooth.
- Add the chicken to the marinade. Coat all parts with spices. Cover the container with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator (chiller section) for 2 hours until the spices absorb.
- Cook/unkep the chicken over medium-low heat (in a closed pot/pan) until the spices are reduced and the chicken is half cooked. Lift.
- Roast chicken while adding butter and rosemary. Turn and roast the other side of the chicken until it is cooked and beautifully colored. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. No need to add salt because the mixture of spices is already quite salty and tasty.
