Strawberry has a fresh taste that goes well with milk pudding. To make it more delicious and special, pour the pudding with a sweet thick strawberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • Agar powder plain / white - 1 pack
  • Strawberries - 100 grams
  • Water - 750 ml
  • Sweetened condensed milk - 2 sachets (80 grams)
  • Granulated sugar - 80 grams
  • Strawberry, thinly sliced ​​- to taste

  • Strawberries - 150 grams
  • Water - 75 ml
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp

  • Sauce: Blend strawberries with water until smooth. Cook the juice with the sugar until it boils and thickens. Correction taste. Remove and set aside.
  • Blend strawberries with 50 ml of water. Remove and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, mix agar powder, sugar, sweetened condensed milk and water (700 ml). Stir until smooth and make sure there are no lumps. Turn on the heat and cook the pudding until it boils. Lift.
  • Divide the pudding mixture into two parts. One part is left white. One more part mix with strawberry juice and mix well.
  • Prepare a glass or pudding mold.
  • Arrange thin slices of strawberry on the edge of the glass/mold. Slowly pour the strawberry pudding mixture and let it harden. Next, slowly pour the white pudding mixture onto it and let it harden. Cool then store in the refrigerator.
  • Ready to serve with a splash of strawberry sauce.
