Sausage Egg Rolls Recipe (sostel)

- Eggs - 3 eggs
- Water - 50 ml
- Tapioca flour - 1/2 tbsp
- Sausage, cut into 2-6 pieces

- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Broth powder - 1/4 tsp
- Skewers - 10 pieces

- Skewer the sliced sausage with a skewer. Then, fry briefly, set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the water with the tapioca flour and mix well. Add eggs, water, salt, pepper powder and powdered broth. Beat well using a fork.
- Take a small skillet, add a little oil and heat it over medium heat. Wait until the oil is really hot.
- Place a tablespoon of egg mixture into the hot oil, pouring it over the top to spread the eggs.
- Take 1 piece of sausage, roll it up immediately until the sausage is covered in eggs, trim the egg rolls on the edge of the pan. This process must be done quickly, otherwise the eggs will not stick.
- Drain the fried egg rolls on paper towels, so they are not so greasy. Fry everything until the dough runs out.
