Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2 eggs
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic, finely chopped - 2 cloves
  • Green onions, coarsely chopped - 2 sprigs
  • Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
  • White rice - 1 plate

Plans

  • In a bowl, combine water, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper and garlic, mix well.
  • Fry the scallions briefly in cooking oil until fragrant, then add the eggs. Let stand until the egg whites are cooked.
  • Pour the soy sauce and garlic mixture over the eggs, a little at a time. Drizzle the soy sauce over the eggs until they are absorbed and the eggs are cooked. The level of doneness of eggs can be adjusted according to taste.
  • Pour over warm rice, ready to be served.
