  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Citrus leaves - 1 sheet
  • Ground spices:
  • Shallots - 2 grains
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Curly red chili - 1 piece
  • Turmeric - 1/2 finger joint
  • Kencur - 1/2 finger joint
  • Candlenut - 2 grains
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander - 1/4 tsp
  • Shrimp, grilled - 1/4 tsp
  • Sate Lilit:
  • Minced chicken (thigh and skin) - 150 grams
  • Roasted grated coconut - 1 tbsp
  • Sate Lilit Smooth Seasoning:
  • Brown sugar, comb - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Broth powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Citrus leaves, thinly sliced ​​- 1 sheet
  • Shallots - 2 grains
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Red chili - 1 piece
  • Turmeric - 1/2 finger joint
  • Lemongrass, for wrapped skewers - 12 sticks
  • Complementary:
  • Fried noodles - to taste
  • Dried tempeh - to taste
  • Serundeng - to taste
  • Sambal - to taste

Plans

  • Sisit chicken: Boil the chicken breast then shred it. Set aside.
  • Puree the ground spices for the fried chicken then stir-fry with lemongrass, bay leaf, lime leaves until fragrant.
  • Enter the shredded chicken, mix well then add the curly red chili slices and cayenne pepper. Cook until dry and the spices absorb. Remove and set aside.
  • Sate Lilit: Saute the ground spices for the satay lilit until cooked. Mix the chicken meat that has been mashed with the ground spices then mix well. Add the roasted grated coconut, stir again until smooth.
  • Take enough dough then wrap it around the lemongrass stalk while clenching it so that it sticks. Do it until it runs out.
  • Bake on Teflon which is smeared with a little oil until cooked. The satay wrap is ready to use.
  • Solution: Arrange the rice on a serving plate, add fried noodles, dry tempeh, serundeng, ayam Sisit, satay wrap and chili sauce.
  • Nasi Jinggo is ready to be served.
