Grilled Quail Recipe

Ingredients
- Quail - 6 tails
- Lime, squeeze the water - 1 fruit
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Lemongrass, knotted - 1 stick
- Galangal, crushed - 2 cm
- Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
- Tamarind - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - 800 ml
- Oil, for frying - 3 tbsp
- Ground spices:
- Shallots - 7 cloves
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Turmeric - 2 cm
- Ginger - 3 cm
- Candlenut - 3 grains
- Coriander - 1 tsp
- Spread:
- Sweet soy sauce - 5 tbsp
- Margarine, melted - 2 tbsp
- Lime, squeeze the juice - 1 fruit
