Gandasturi Recipe

Ingredients
- Green beans, soaked in water for 2 hours - 250 grams
- Thick coconut milk - 100 ml
- Pandan leaves - 2 pieces
- Vanilla powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Granulated sugar - 75 grams
- Brown sugar, fine comb - 50 grams
- Water, for boiling - 1.5 liters
- Right amount of oil
- Dye:
- Medium protein flour - 100 grams
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Sago flour - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 200 ml

- Drain the soaked green beans, then put them in a saucepan with water. Boil until the green beans are tender and the water runs out. Puree green beans until half crushed / coarse.
- Re-cook the green beans with coconut milk, pandan leaves, vanilla, salt, sugar, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and the coconut milk runs out. Turn off the fire.

- Ready to be served.
