Ingredients

  • Misoa - 300 grams
  • Minced / ground chicken - 200 grams
  • Water - 1 liter
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 piece
  • Garlic, puree - 3 cloves
  • Carrots, finely grated - 100 grams
  • Green onion, finely chopped - 1 stalk

  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying - 2 tbsp

  • Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant and wilted.
  • Add ground chicken, mix well and cook until it changes color.
  • Add grated carrots, mix well.
  • Pour water and cook until boiling.
  • Add sugar, salt and nutmeg powder. Correction taste.
  • Add the misoa and scallions, cook until the water reduces. Lift.
  • Pour the dough into a 20 x 20 cm tin that has been lightly smeared with oil or margarine.
  • Steam the dough in the pan for 15 minutes. Remove and let the dough cool and harden.

  • Heat a lot of cooking oil.
  • Mix into a coating. Beat until smooth.
  • Dip each piece of misoa into the egg mixture.
  • Fry in hot oil, until golden brown. Lift and drain.
