Ingredients
- Rice flour - 200 grams
- Wheat flour - 75 grams
- Medium coconut milk - 250 ml
- Water - 150 ml
- Granulated sugar - 175 grams
- Instant yeast - 1 tbsp

- Heat a steaming pot/cooker. Wrap the lid of the pot with a clean cloth. Make sure the water in the pot is boiling and steaming.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake molds until they are full.
- Steam the cake over high heat for 15 minutes until it is cooked and blooms. Turn off the heat and remove the cake.
- Ready to be served.
