Chocolate Balls (truffle) Recipe
Chocolate truffle is a sweet snack made of chocolate in the shape of a small ball. Making chocolate truffles is quite easy, with just dark cooking chocolate , evaporated milk, and margarine. And to beautify the appearance you can add toppings such as nuts or colorful meses.
Ingredients
- Dark cooking chocolate, chopped into small pieces - 150 grams
- Evaporated milk - 50 ml
- Margarine - 1 tbsp
- Coating:
- Dark cooking chocolate - 80 gram
- Toppings:
- Roasted peanuts, colorful meses - to taste

- Mix dark cooking chocolate with evaporated milk, cook over low heat until the chocolate melts. Turn off the heat, add margarine, mix well. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes until a texture can be formed.
- Form the dough into small balls, do this until the dough runs out and then put it back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Melt the dark cooking chocolate for coating by means of a team until it melts.
- Take the chocolate balls, dip them in melted dark cooking chocolate then sprinkle them with toasted nuts and colorful meses.
- Ready to be served.
- After dipping into melted chocolate, immediately sprinkle with toppings before the chocolate freezes so that the toppings can stick well.
