Chicken Nasu Palekko Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken, cut into small pieces - 1/2 kg
- Thick sour water - 50 ml
- Lemongrass, bruised - 2 sticks
- Galangal, bruised - 1 cm
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Brown sugar comb - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Broth powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil, for frying - 3 tbsp
