Ingredients

  • Chicken, cut to taste - 500 grams
  • Tomatoes, cut into small pieces - 2 pieces
  • Cinnamon - 5 cm
  • Cloves - 5 grains
  • Ginger, bruised - 2 knuckles
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Sweet soy sauce - 6 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Ground spices:
  • Shallots - 5 grains
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Big red chili - 3 pieces
  • Turmeric - 1 knuckle
  • Pecan - 4 grains
  • Civet, take the contents, brew until soft - 3 grains
