Ingredients

  • Plantains, choose very ripe - 5 pieces
  • Wheat flour - 150 grams
  • Egg - 1 egg
  • Liquid milk - 200 ml
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Margarine, melted - 1 tbsp
  • Margarine, for cooking - to taste
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

Plans

  • Slice / dice / mash the banana coarsely. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients except bananas. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Heat a flat cooking utensil or non-stick pan over low heat. Brush lightly with margarine.
  • Add the banana slices to the mixture. Stir well.
  • Take a spoonful of the batter and pour it into the pan. Wait until bubbles appear and the edges turn brown. Flip the cake and let it cook the reverse side. Lift.
  • Ready to be served.
