Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- High protein flour - 200 grams
- Medium protein flour - 50 grams
- Powdered milk - 10 grams
- Instant yeast - 6 grams
- Granulated sugar - 50 grams
- Salt - 3 grams
- Bread improver (optional) - 3 grams
- Egg yolk - 2 eggs
- Liquid milk or mineral water - 125 ml
- Butter - 45 grams

- Mix flour, milk powder, yeast and sugar mix well.
- Add the eggs and mix until lumpy. Slowly pour the liquid milk while continuing to knead until smooth (does not stick to the hand)
- Add butter and salt. Knead again until completely smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough and rest for 5 minutes. Prepare a baking sheet, brush lightly with margarine/butter
- Divide the dough into 50 grams each, round it, and rest for another 10 minutes.
- Take 1 dough ball, flatten (roll) then fill with banana, chocolate meises and grated cheese, cover, and shape according to taste.
- Arrange all the dough in the pan by giving a distance between them. Cover the pan with plastic wrap/clean napkin.
- Let stand or ferment the dough until it has doubled in size for 45-60 minutes.
- Brush the surface with oil (a mixture of egg yolk and liquid milk) until smooth. Then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place in the oven and bake at 170-180°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the bread and brush the surface with butter while it is still hot. Ready to be served.
- 1. Make sure the dough is kneaded until it is completely elastic so that you get a fibrous, perfectly fluffy, and soft bread.
