This curry dish with a mixture of various herbs and spices is able to disguise the fishy taste while at the same time delicious fresh tuna. This recipe is suitable for those of you who want to make yellow curry with a spicy taste that is not too biting, by only using green cayenne pepper.

Ingredients

  • Tuna fish - 700 grams
  • Lime, take the juice - 1 fruit
  • Salt, for coating the fish - 1 tbsp
  • Lemongrass, bruised - 1 stick
  • Citrus leaves - 2 pieces
  • Turmeric leaves - 1 sheet
  • Kandis acid - 2 pieces
  • Salt - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Medium coconut milk - 900 ml
  • Ground spices:
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Shallots - 8 grains
  • Candlenut - 3 grains
  • Ginger - 3 cm
  • Turmeric - 2 cm
  • Green cayenne pepper - 50 grams

  • Clean the fish and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with lime juice and salt. Let stand for 10 minutes then rinse again with water until clean. Drain well.
  • In a saucepan, boil 200 ml of coconut milk along with ground spices, lemon grass, lime leaves, turmeric leaves, and kandis acid. Stir well and let it cook until fragrant and oil comes out.
  • Pour in the remaining coconut milk and cook until it boils.
  • Add fish, salt and sugar. Stir slowly. Let it cook until it boils and the fish is cooked. Lift.
