Sundanese Rarawuan Recipe
For some reason the name is called "Rarawuan", if in Sundanese "Rawu" it means taking everything with all the fingers, maybe the opposite of the word "comot", which means more or less taken one by one, so I think the name is unique.. haha
Actually, Sundanese snacks are very simple to make, sometimes they only use 2-3 ingredients, for example this Rarawuan, actually the main ingredients are flour, peanuts, and grated coconut. Where these three ingredients are actually enough, but if you want it to taste good, you have to add other ingredients😁. But yes, the ingredients are standard, and it's definitely easy to find in vegetable stalls.
If the taste itself is salty and savory, and if there is a lot of grated coconut, you will feel the grated coconut fibers which add to the taste even more delicious. This is a filling type of snack, in my opinion, and also a source of protein because peanuts are the raw material. The type of bean is tolo bean, a kind of small bean, you know, but be careful to turn it upside down with soybeans, they are similar but different.
So, here are the ingredients and how to make it..
