Review: Cheesecake Mix Berry By Kikek

I'm grateful that there are online motorcycle taxis so I can do culinary tours without leaving the house, what's more, if there is an abundance of vouchers in stock.. Look for promo ones, so that your stomach is full, your wallet isn't too thin 👍😊

Actually, if you want to go on a good food tour in Bandung, you have to go to the center city, if it's like my house in the city limits like this, it's quite limited, but thanks to the many students here, there are quite a lot of snacks. One of them is Cheesecake by Kikek.

Hadehhh.. Cheesecake taste is second to none. And if you make your own, it's also quite a drain on capital. The ingredients for cream cheese are already more than 50 thousand, so it's the same if you want to buy it or make it yourself.

I'm really curious about this cheesecake. In my opinion, this is a kind of cake in the jar, there was a lot of hype in 2014 (is it still not right now?🙄 ).

When I got home, I was very impressed with the way this cake was presented. So the outside is wrapped in cardboard, and inside is a place to eat (and this is very environmentally friendly, because in my opinion the place can be washed and reused. It's pretty thick.). The best anyway!

When it's opened, it looks very tempting to the tongue, what's more, my youngest son is already excited, just "take..take" (in baby language). This creame cheese is very abundant, viewers... worth it.

(Cheesecakes)
Masha Allah...hadehhh it's hard to say yes, that's the point. I poked at the sauce, and I guessed it was like fresh strawberries blended with sugar, because the typical strawberry sourness still tasted really good. It's different from the manufacturer's strawberry jam. And I think, this is usually only the home industry that has a taste like this.

(Inside layered with generous cream cheese)
see? although the size of the container is not very big, but it makes you full and makes you in a good mood. Very tight. This is consumed frozen, viewers, and I think this is a kind of no-bake cheesecake. So, it's better frozen, so the cream cheese doesn't melt everywhere, and it tastes different when the cheese is already melted, because this isn't pizza .

For this taste, there are 3 variants if I'm not mistaken, Oreo, double cheese, and mix berry, I chose the mixed berry because I assume that cakes are usually really sweet, so I mix it with the sour taste of the fruit. And it turns out that my tongue is already an expert in this kind of thing, it's true that it tastes really good, but to be honest the cake itself is not too sweet. So maybe later I will try the double cheese flavor.

ah never mind, fix the taste of this cake is delicious. And for the price, there are around 28 thousand, very competitive for the size of the cheesecake, which in the store can be up to hundreds of thousands.. hehe

So, my assessment of Cheesecake Mix Berry By Kikek: Taste

: 5/5
Wrap: 5/5
Price: 5/5
Buy again: yes/ maybe / no

Cheesecake mixed berry topping Spoon about 2/3 of the mixed berries into a medium saucepan (transfer the remaining berries to a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve). Add the lemon juice and sugar to the berries in the sauce pan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat and cook until the fruit is syrupy, about 5 minutes.

Cheesecake mixed berry topping In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the berries, ½ cup of water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. In a small cup or bowl, mix together the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water. Slowly pour this mixture into the berries, and allow to simmer, stirring continually, until the mixture thickens.

Cheesecake mixed berry topping Cornstarch. Cornstarch is one of the most popular thickening agents used and it works wonderfully for thickening fruit sauce and fruit syrup. To thicken your fruit sauce with starch, first pour your sauce into a saucepan.
