Review: Asix Chicken By Anang Hermansyah (Ash Chick Sambal Matah menu)

There's a lot of hype for artists making culinary businesses, this time I just want to try chicken food at a restaurant owned by Anang Hermansyah's family. I was really curious to try the geprek bensu, but since I ordered it using an online ojek service, it's hard to postage, guys... Huhuhu, because the Geprek Bensu restaurant is a bit far away, okay... It's the same with this artist's chicken

To be honest, I like the names of the menus at this Asix chicken restaurant.. So, he uses the names of his family members, there are many variants, actually, they only say that the best sellers there are loly chick chili sauce and ash chick chili matah variants. Well, because I've never tried chili sauce in my entire life, I just ordered this one..

This is the first time I've tried sambal matah, just watch out if it's not delicious...hehehe but before discussing the taste, here's what the take away wrap looks like from the asix chicken restaurant:

Anyway, I really like the packaging, it uses a food cardboard made of paper, but it still looks premium, doesn't it. In fact, I prefer this, rather than being wrapped in plastic let alone Styrofoam. In front of it is the logo of the restaurant, and the names of the menus are like that, unfortunately the selected menu is not marked, imagine if you order a lot, it's really difficult if you have to open the boxes one by one

Now when you open it, a packet of rice, chicken thighs will appear. sambal, and cucumber vegetables in it, exactly the same as the picture on the menu ad, until the amount of cucumber is also the same.. Great.. Great..

Again, I like the way each food item is arranged in a cardboard box, when you open it, it's just as fragrant as the ~~upin-ipin~~ chicken makes you hungry and of course the first time I saw the sauce in the pudding glass...

For taste the chicken.. I like it, it's delicious.. In my opinion, this is a level better than the American-style chicken restaurant. It's a bit homemade, although it's still different from homemade and fast food.. over all, I luv it..

Oh ala.. This is what is called sambal matah.. Hehe, isn't it right if I describe it: chili sauce which contains lime leaves, lemon grass, shallots, garlic, and cayenne pepper, sliced thinly, just like that, add a little oil (I don't know it is sauteed) and lastly the salt. Hmm.. Nyamm.. It's absolutely yummy! It's delicious 👍👌😘 It's not useless, I chose this menu with a confused heart, because if it's not delicious it can tarnish the reputation of the sambal matah in my eyes..

When dipped in chicken and rice, it's even better.. It's really delicious. Oh yes, about the price, one portion is quite affordable in my opinion.. Only Rp. It's only 18,000, and if you compare it to the same, it's worth it!

Alasan lainnya mereka tinggal di apartemen karena lokasinya lebih dekat rumah Atta Halilintar, sang menantu. Saat ingin bertemunya Aurel, sang putri, tak butuh waktu lama.
