Oyster Mushroom Chicken Nuggets Recipe
What I like more about these nuggets is, you don't need a lot of MSG, the natural savory taste comes out of the mushrooms itself...and it's perfect Also for complementary foods for my son, who is almost 24 months old, he's really satisfied. So, here it is...
Recipe for Oyster Mushroom Nugget

Ingredients:
200 gr oyster mushroom
4 tablespoons bread flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 clove of garlic
2 cloves of red onion
1/2 tsp mushroom stock powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 egg
Coating material:
150 gr bread flour
5 tablespoons wheat flour
1 beaten egg (if I use water, because there is only 1 egg in the refrigerator😅)
How to make:

- Wash the mushrooms, then boil briefly, drain. Puree the mushrooms (if I did, chop them so they still have a texture). And also puree the onion and garlic, along with the chicken filet. For a more savory and chewy result, you can use the thigh, for a firmer texture, you can use the chest.
- Mix all ingredients, consisting of mushrooms, flour, eggs, and spices. Mix well. Then prepare the steamer, and steam for about 30 minutes until cooked.
- Once cooked, wind for a while, then cut according to taste. (For me, long form so that all motor skills can exercise grip when my child holds these nuggets while eating them).
- After that, coat the nuggets on the coating material in the order of flour, then beaten egg/water, finally bread flour. Do it until the ingredients run out.
- Finally, store it in the freezer, it will last for the next 2 weeks (but if I use it for 3 days, it will run out immediately.. hehe).
