Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 150 grams
  • Maizena - 20 grams
  • Milk powder - 20 grams
  • Eggs - 6 eggs
  • Granulated sugar - 150 grams
  • Emulsifier - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chocolate paste - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 150 ml
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a 22 cm tin, grease with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
  • Mix while sifting flour, cornstarch, milk powder, and baking powder. Set aside.
  • Beat eggs, sugar, emulsifier, vanilla, and flour mixture until fluffy and thick.
  • Pour the oil little by little into the dough. Stir again until well blended.
  • Take 2 tablespoons of the dough, then mix it with the chocolate paste. Stir well.
  • Pour the white mixture into the pan, then pour the chocolate mixture on top. Make a marble motif on the dough with the help of a fork, toothpick or skewer.
  • Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes until cooked. Take it out.
  • Ready to be served.
  • Once cooked, immediately remove the cake from the pan so it doesn't shrink.
