Ingredients
- Medium protein flour - 100 grams
- Cocoa powder - 60 grams
- Maizena - 40 grams
- Eggs - 6 eggs
- Granulated sugar - 200 grams
- Emulsifier - 1 tbsp
- Butter, melted - 100 grams
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Black forest paste - 1 tsp
- Double acting baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Toppings:
- Buttercream - 500 grams
- Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC) - 100 grams
- Red cherry - to taste
- Black cherry, separate the soaking water - 1 can

- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and cornstarch. Stir well then sieve. set aside
- Prepare 3 round pans with a diameter of 20 cm. Grease the surface of the baking sheet with margarine, line it with parchment paper, then grease the baking paper with margarine again. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven.
- Beat eggs, sugar, and emulsifier using a mixer on high speed, until fluffy and thick.

- Place in the oven and bake until cooked at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

- Take one cake (first layer), moisten the surface with water from soaking black cherries until moist. Brush the surface with butter cream then arrange black cherries (which have been split 2) on top.
- Put another cake on it (second layer). Repeat the steps above. Do this until all three cakes have been stacked (3 layers of cake).
- Grease the entire surface of the cake with butter cream until it is even and smooth.
- Glue the shaved chocolate all over and decorate with cherries.
- Ready to be served.
