Ingredients
- Green Banana:
- Plantains, steamed - 6 pieces
- Wheat flour - 60 grams
- Rice flour - 60 grams
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Coconut milk - 150 ml
- Boiled water - 100 ml
- Pandan paste - 4 drops
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Sauce:
- Coconut milk - 600 ml
- Rice flour - 40 grams
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Pandan leaves (optional) - to taste
- Complementary:
- Sweetened condensed milk - to taste
- DHT syrup (banana Ambon) - to taste

- Apart from the bananas, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well using a whisk until the mixture is smooth, then strain. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet or other heat-resistant container.

Pour the coconut milk-rice flour solution, then stir constantly and cook until thickened and bubbling. Turn off the fire.
- Serving: Cut green bananas and arrange in a serving bowl. Drizzle with sauce. Give ice cubes, sweetened condensed milk, and syrup.
