Nuts atom is one of the favorite peanut snacks of Indonesian people, because of its crunchy texture and delicious taste. Coated with crunchy seasoning flour which is quite thick when compared to Shanghai beans, therefore atomic beans are often used as additional toppings for soupy dishes such as soto or boiled noodles. If you want to make your own sukro beans, the method is quite easy and the ingredients are simple. Follow the recipe, store in a jar for a family snack.

Ingredients

  • Roasted peanuts - 150 grams
  • Tapioca flour - 300 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Broth powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

Plans

  • Wet Dough: Mix 1 tablespoon tapioca flour (take from 300 grams) with 200 ml of water.
  • Dry Dough: Mix remaining tapioca flour with baking powder, mix well.
  • Put peanuts in a container or basin, add 1 tablespoon of wet mixture, mix well. Then add 1 tablespoon of dry mixture.
  • Fry peanuts in hot oil over low heat until cooked and hardened, remove and drain.
  • Once the heat is gone, store in an airtight jar.
  • Use low heat when frying, so the peanuts don't pop when frying.
