One more flavor that's hits, Taro. For the soft drink version, many have issued this Taro flavor variant. Taro or purple sweet potatoes do look more attractive than regular sweet potatoes which are yellow or pale orange in color, in terms of taste, I think it's the same thing 😂hmm.. Maybe the purple one is a bit sweeter.

Well, my baby also wants to try new flavors too, and considering that it's impossible for me to give you a taro flavored instant drink, so today the food has a taro flavor.

RECIPE Mama Badar's Kitchen

(MPASI 6+ Yummy Taro)

Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons purple sweet potato flour
250 ml boiled water

Yummy sauce ingredients:
60 gr ripe papaya (about 6 medium size dice)
40 gr ripe Ambon banana (about 1/2 medium banana)

Method:
- cook purple sweet potato flour porridge: mix flour and water, then cook until thickened over low heat.
- make yummy sauce: blender papaya and banana. Set aside.
- divide the two purple sweet potato flour porridge into two portions (me: one keeps the refrigerator for lunch). Put in a serving bowl.
- pour the yummy sauce on it.
- porridge is ready to be given to the baby with a happy face so that he eats it voraciously
