5 Advantages of Bringing Children's School Supplies From Home

(School Children Supplies)

It's been a week since I left my child's ketring at school, for several reasons, one of which is that I really love cute containers, rice molds and others sitting idle in the cupboard, the last time I used them was 2 years ago, when my son was in kindergarten

Because my son goes to school full day, so it's really mandatory to bring heavy or light food supplies to school. But in my opinion, if you want a full day or regular school hours, it's obligatory to bring lunch from home. And after 1 week of bringing my own lunch from home, I have some experience points that I think are quite profitable. And here are the benefits of bringing lunch from Mama Badr's Kitchen version:

  • Don't Eat Carelessly
This is the most classic reason why children bring lunch from home, is to avoid snacking carelessly. Considering the snacks at school, sometimes not all of them are healthy, especially if you look at the news, there are foods that contain Rodamin, Formalin, and others.

And for schools that don't allow outside food vendors selling food at schools carelessly (usually replaced with ketring or school canteens), like at my son's school, I think bringing lunch to school also sounds really cool, because it looks like schools abroad😁

By providing food, automatically the child will not be excited when hungry, and looking for food that is not clear. And we can also monitor what the child eats, especially if the child has a tendency to food allergies.
  • Free to Determine Menu
This is one of the most troublesome as well as fun (especially for mothers) if you decide to bring your own lunch from home.

Because every day it is impossible for children to eat the same thing, so a varied menu is something to think about. The purpose of supplies from home in addition to maintaining bad food, children must also of course get enough nutrition.
  • Can Share with Friends
My son told me that since lunch was brought from home (and other children who also had lunch from home) so they could play guessing games, who brought what lunch today, and I think this is just fun, good for socializing children with friends. Because when you go to ketring the menu is the same, so there are no ingredients for guessing.

Apart from giving rise to a "guessing" game, because each child's school supplies are different, so they can share their lunches and try each other's food, and I think this is also fun.
  • Save Budget
This part is of course the smartest moms, right.. with supplies from home, in my opinion, you can cut your budget and expenses so you can control them, rather than when you follow suit.

Of course, it's about the budget, we're talking about healthy food too, because there's also a lot of low-budget food, what else is being sold in front of the school, but it's not necessarily healthy and clean. In terms of healthy food for schoolchildren, maybe you can check the range yourself, what's the range.

  • More Creative
Actually, it's more about satisfaction, because I'm diligent in preparing school supplies, so I'm also diligent in reading recipe books, so I'm diligent in studying bento, so I'm also studying food photography. And what is certain is that you have the enthusiasm to share inspiration.

Those were the 5 benefits of preparing your own food: healthy children, controlled budget, more creative mothers, and definitely stronger bonding between mother and child (you know? This one doesn't work😅)
