How to Make Mango Pudding Recipe:
- First, puree or blender the mango flesh with a hand blender until it is crushed and smooth, set aside.
- Put the sugar, salt and agar-agar powder in a saucepan. Stir well, then pour the liquid milk. Stir well.
- Add the mashed mango, mix well.
- Turn on the stove on a low to medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture boils. (Be careful if the milk has entered the dough, you're afraid it will burn. Don't forget to use a low heat and keep stirring until it boils). Turn off the fire.
