Rica Chicken Noodle Recipe

Someone asked me for this recipe on IG, at first I wasn't interested in trying it, I think the best chicken noodles are of course the sweet and salty Yamin chicken noodles, not spicy chicken noodles like this. But some time ago I saw someone posted this dish on Facebook, it looks appetizing, I finally decided to give it a try. The recipe for the rica-rica seasoning I use has been posted here, I still remember when I shared it on Instagram some time ago, many Manadonese people complained about the recipe. The point is that the original chicken rica-rica doesn't use as many spices as the more complex woku. So far, many recipes have been circulating on the internet, where chicken rica and chicken woku have almost the same seasoning composition, the only difference is that chicken rica uses a lot of red chilies while chicken woku uses turmeric so it looks yellowish. Well , it turns out that the two are completely different. When I tasted these two dishes at the Manado Beautika restaurant in the Hang Lekir area, South Jakarta, I was able to tell the difference with more confidence.
