Chocolate Floating Pudding - Recently, the floating pudding trend is trending, so I'm curious. Yowiss finally executed it using a recipe from a food blogger friend who was slivering around on the internet. But I modified the floating pudding recipe a little, so that it tastes good and fits my tongue.

The equation is the fla/vla sauce that goes under the pudding. So the result when you eat it is soft chocolate pudding on top and melted chocolate vla on the bottom.

How to make this chocolate sauce floating pudding is of course very easy. It's just that this pudding includes heavy pudding preparations. Because the main ingredient for making pudding is 6 egg whites. And for the vla, we use 6 egg yolks, so in total, we will use 6 whole eggs.

VLA Ingredients:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • SKM (sweet condensed milk chocolate) 1 can
  • 5 cans of water (use used SKM cans)
  • Dark chocolate 150 grams
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder
  • Corn flour 5 tablespoons
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Salt to taste

Chocolate Pudding Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of chocolate jelly
  • 2 packs of Dancow milk
  • 2 cans of granulated sugar
  • 5 cans of water (use used SKM cans)
  • 45 grams of cocoa powder
  • 6 egg whites (beaten stiffly)

Steps to Make Chocolate Floating Pudding:

  1. To Make Vla: First, beat the egg yolks in a saucepan (just beat with a fork or whisk).
  2. Then add water, SKM (sweetened condensed milk), cornstarch and thinly sliced ​​DCC. Stir well, then cook until boiling and bubbling. Remove, then put into a container or small cups.
  3. Pudding: Cook the gelatin, milk, water, sugar and cocoa powder until it boils.
  4. Next, beat the egg whites until stiff using a mixer then add the pudding mixture. Stir until smooth, then pour over the chocolate vla. Chill.
  5. It's better to enjoy it chilled fresh out of the fridge. Don't forget to add cheese / chocolate meises / crushed Oreos to make it even more delicious.

One recipe for this chocolate floating pudding makes about 50 cups of pudding. So it's economical if this floating chocolate pudding is used as a snack to sell. Kids will love it! Serve it cold, it's really good. Super tasty!
