Japanese Style Shrimp Gyoza (Pan Fried Dumpling) Recipe - Gyoza is a Japanese cake made using thin dumpling skin as a snack that has meat and vegetable filling. - 300 grams of chicken
- Shrimp 100 grams
- Green mustard 8 pieces

- Chives 1 bunch

- Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
- 1 chicken egg
- Starch 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Pepper (pepper) to taste
- Gyoza skin (dumpling skin) 40 pieces
- Cooking oil 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Steps to Make Grilled Chicken Gyoza:
- Stuffing Gyoza: First, chop the chicory, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 10 minutes then squeeze until the water comes out. Then chop the leeks and chives, mix with the chicory and grated garlic.
- Next, in a large bowl, mix the chicken, prawns, oyster sauce, salt, garlic, pepper, stock, eggs and vegetables (chives, chives and green onions).
