Crispy Mustofa Potato Sauce Recipe, Anti-Fail!
Assalamualaikum. Hi friends, back again at Adis Kitchen. This time I will share with friends how I make Mustofa Kriuk Potato Sambal in the style of Dapur Adis. So, let's go directly to how to make it. :)
The main ingredients of mustofa potato sauce: - 1kg of potatoes - 4 tsp of salt - 2 liters of water - 200gr of peanuts - 1 ounce of anchovy Medan Ingredients: - 5 cloves of red onion - 3 cloves of garlic - 17 pieces of red chili - Cooking oil - 1 Geprek galangal finger joint - 2 bay leaves - 2 lime leaves - 1 tbsp brown sugar - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp broth powder non msg How to make mustofa potato sauce: 1. Dissolve 4 tbsp salt in 2 liters of water 2 Grate the potatoes, and put them in the water. Soak the potatoes for 15-30 minutes so that the potato sap is gone. 3. Add the onion, garlic, curly red chilies. Then add a little oil in the blender until very smooth. 4. Rinse the potato soaking water until clear, then soak the potatoes that have not been fried 5. Wash the peanuts, rinse thoroughly 6. Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain 7. Fry the peanuts until cooked, remove and drain 8. Fry the anchovy until cooked, carefully charred. Remove and drain 9. We can reduce the used oil for frying until the remaining 6 tablespoons are then sauteed with chili sauce. 10. Enter the galangal, bay leaves, lime leaves stir-fry until cooked. 11. After a bit cooked, add brown sugar, salt and non-msg seasoning broth. Stir evenly 12. After the chili is cooked, reduce the heat of the stove then add the potatoes, beans, and anchovies, stir until there are no lumps. 13. After everything is evenly distributed and there are no lumps, turn off the stove flame while continuing to stir until the skillet is cold 14. After the skillet is cold , mustofa crispy fried chili sauce can be served. Store in a closed container to keep it crispy. Thanks for watching friends!
