Aceh Fried Noodle Recipe

I honestly don't like Aceh noodles, either fried or gravy. For my Javanese tongue, the flavor of the noodles, which is dominantly spicy and salty, doesn't suit my taste buds. The sweet brownish Javanese fried noodles are more of a favourite. As I recall, I've only tried Aceh noodles twice. The first stall in the Blok M bus terminal area, this stall has been operating for a long time, even before Aceh noodle sellers spread everywhere in Jakarta. The sellers are native Acehnese, and besides noodles they sell Acehnese fruit salad. The shop is always busy, the father puts a stove and a super large frying pan in front of the shop and every time he cooks fried noodles, he makes me drool. One time , I just stopped by and tried the Acehnese fried noodles, I do n't think it's so special . Spices, spicy and salty flavors dominate. The second try tasting this food at the food court of the Ambassador mall, there is an Aceh noodle restaurant that sells it with cane bread and curry sauce. The taste is not much different from the version in Blok M, only this one doesn't have too many spices so it's more mild in taste, but it still doesn't suit my taste . I like Acehnese cuisine, some of which I even tried to execute at home, but specifically for Aceh noodles, I seem to be flying the white flag as a sign of surrender.
