Ingredients

  • Glutinous flour - 250 grams
  • Steamed potatoes, mashed - 50 grams
  • Granulated sugar - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Warm water - 175 ml
  • Boiled water, for coating - to taste
  • Sesame, for coating - to taste
  • Cooking oil, for frying - to taste
  • Stuffing:
  • Peeled green beans, soaked 1 hour - 100 grams
  • Coconut milk - 150 ml
  • Granulated sugar - 50 grams
  • Pandan leaves, knotted - 1 sheet
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
