Mun Tofu Recipe

Ingredients
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Chicken, coarsely chopped - 200 grams
- Tofu/tofu - 300 grams
- Mushrooms - 8 pieces
- Ginger, crushed - 1 segment
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Water - 500 ml
- Seasoning ingredient:
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/3 tsp
- Pepper - 1/3 tsp
- Chicken stock powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sweet soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- English soy sauce - 1 tbsp

- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add chicken and stir fry until cooked.
