Ingredients

  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Chicken, coarsely chopped - 200 grams
  • Tofu/tofu - 300 grams
  • Mushrooms - 8 pieces
  • Ginger, crushed - 1 segment
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Seasoning ingredient:
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/3 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • Chicken stock powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Sweet soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • English soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp

Plans

  • Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add chicken and stir fry until cooked.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms, seasoning ingredients and water, then stir until smooth.
  • Enter the tofu / tofu that has been cut into pieces according to taste.
  • Wait until it boils, taste, and adjust the taste. If the taste is right, pour the cornstarch that has been dissolved in a little water while stirring slowly until thick.
