Melted Chocolate Banana Recipe (piscok)
This banana wrapped in a thin spring roll skin also has a chocolate filling which instantly melts when fried. Therefore, this snack is best eaten when it is warm.
Ingredients
- Spring roll skin ready to use - 20 sheets
- Oil, for frying - to taste
- Contents:
- Wax bananas, halved lengthwise - 10 pieces
- Palm sugar - 50 grams
- Chocolate Meises - 50 grams
- Egg white, for adhesive - 1 egg
- Toppings:
- Cooking chocolate (DCC), melted - 50 grams

Plans
- Take a sheet of spring roll skin. Place a piece of banana on it. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of palm sugar and meises. Roll up and seal the ends with egg white. Do it until it's all gone.
- Heat the oil. Fry the bananas over medium-low heat until both sides turn brown. Lift and drain.
- Put melted chocolate on top.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Wax bananas can be replaced with kepok or king bananas.
