Spiced Chicken Recipe (typical Lombok)

- Shallots, thinly sliced - 5 cloves
- Laos, crushed - 3 cm

- Citrus leaves - 3 pieces
- Cinnamon - 5 cm

- Brown sugar - 10 grams

- Marinate chicken with lime juice and salt for 45 minutes.
