Even though the name is gadon which means snacks , this dish is more suitable as a side dish. Especially if eaten with clear tamarind vegetables, warm white rice, bacem tofu, and shrimp paste sauce. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Thick coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Eggs, beaten - 1 egg
  • Curly red chilies, sliced ​​oblique - 3 pieces
  • Brown sugar, comb - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper - 6 pieces
  • Citrus leaves - 6 pieces
  • Bay leaf, torn - 3 pieces
  • Banana leaves, for wrapping - to taste
  • Sticks / toothpicks - to taste
  • Ground spices:
  • Shallots - 5 grains
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Candlenut, roasted - 4 grains
  • Coriander - 1/2 tsp

Plans

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, coconut milk, red chili, ground spices, salt and brown sugar. Stir well. Taste test by frying a little dough and then adjust the taste. Divide into 6 parts.
  • Take and stack 2 banana leaves. Put 1 lime leaf and salam. Give 1 part of the meat mixture and whole cayenne pepper. Wrap the tum and pin it with a stick / toothpick.
  • Steam for 45 minutes until cooked. Lift.
  • Ready to be served.
