Chocolate Dessert Box Recipe

- Basic layer of chocolate cake:
- Wheat flour - 150 grams
- Cocoa powder - 50 grams

- Granulated sugar - 200 grams
- Eggs - 4 eggs
- SP - 1/4 tsp
- Margarine (melted) - 125 grams
- Whipped Cream Layer:
- Whip cream powder - 100 grams
- Sweetened condensed milk - 80 ml
- Cold full cream liquid milk - 250 ml
- Ganache layer:
- Dark cooking chocolate (DCC) - 200 gram
- Liquid Whipcream - 200 ml
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Chocochips - to taste

- Make the basic chocolate cake: In a bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Set aside.
- Prepare a baking sheet with margarine and sprinkle with flour until the entire surface of the pan and heat the steamer.
- Mix sugar, eggs and SP together until thick/trace on high speed for 8-10 minutes.
- Enter the ingredients that have been sifted earlier, mixer on low speed until just blended. Then add the melted butter, mix gently.
- Pour into the tin, flatten the dough. Before entering into the steamer, beat it so that the air in the dough comes out.
- Steam the dough for 30 minutes. Wait until it cools down and then cut it according to the size of the Mika box. Store in the refrigerator.
- Make the whipcream layer: In a bowl, add the whipcream powder, liquid milk and sweetened condensed milk. Mixer until fluffy. Transfer to a plastic piping bag, cut the ends of the plastic. Arrange the whipcream on top of the chocolate cake and put it in the refrigerator.
- Make the ganache layer: In a heatproof bowl, melt the DCC and melted whipcream. Stir until everything comes together after that wait until the hot steam is gone.
- Remove the dessert box that was previously put in the refrigerator and then put the ganache together. Sprinkle chocochips on top.
- Store back in the refrigerator until set. Enjoy the cold.
