Spicy food is always in demand, even people who can't handle spicy food like me😅 all restaurants and street food usually sell well when selling spicy food.
From the packaging, it's already scary, right, the spicy image is also quite impressive. From the outside, it looks like the sauce is a bit blackish in color, not like the usual bottled sauce, which is a bright red, slightly orange-orange color.
As for the composition, this sauce is different from the usual chili sauce, because there is an addition of black pepper, and other compositions that are quite a bit...hehe. check this out:
The texture is creamy and quite thick, if the taste is really spicy, and there is a biting sensation like that. What makes it unique again, apart from the unusual spicy taste, there are also barbecue flavors. So, in my opinion, this is also suitable as a spread, such as grilled sausage, steak, or seafood that is still in season.
It's a pretty big hole, just be careful not to pour too much, because for me it's just a little spicy. I've tried this as a dip for vegetable bakwan:
