During Lebaran Haji 2 weeks ago, I came to visit my sister, Wiwin's house in Mampang. Tedy's family, my mother and Dimas, my youngest brother, were also there, so we all cooked a special dish that day. I then made kebuli rice using the Sahla brand of instant spices. I have tried various dishes with this brand several times, including the biryani rice and beef soup, and I am very satisfied with the taste. The process of cooking rice with this seasoning is also very easy, because the ingredients are already provided, even the ghee for sauteing it is also available. All the spices are simply dipped into the rice cooker, added with basmati rice, and in an instant, kebuli rice that is no less delicious than Arab restaurants is available.

I only have 1 packet of instant seasoning that can be used for 1 kg of rice. But because Wiwin has 2 kg of rice, he asked me to use all the rice. I was worried that the rice wouldn't taste as good if we used the right amount, so we ended up adding our own seasoning. My doubts were proven right, this time the kebuli rice was not as delicious as the one I made before, even though it was actually quite delicious if the tongue had not tasted the actual dosed version.😂
