Taste and Aroma
Taste never lies, first of all, when this coffee comes out of the package, there will be a fruity aroma with a hint of fresh acid like star fruit or something like that, there is absolutely no bitter taste like that of earth. I happened to take it with a moderate body, so the color of the coffee is not too thick but not too pale (before brewing you know), I also asked to grind the powder V60 so that the texture can still be touched, and the aroma is still typical of coffee beans. In my experience, if you grind it finely, the aroma comes out too much, so it's a bit difficult to distinguish the other distinctive aromas of each type of coffee, for example, this rich one has a touch of starfruit aroma.
