Paron's house was finally sold too. Since my mother lived in Jakarta, about 3 years ago, Paron's house began to be advertised for sale. Can't expect buyers from out of town. Usually those who will buy properties like this are neighbors or local residents who intend to expand their business or land. Several neighbors offered interest, but the price did not match, until finally the selling price target was lowered. Earlier this year, when the Covid-19 hit, a neighbor whose business was in Paron made a serious offer. We all agreed on the price and the house was bought.
