Pudding Ingredients:

  • 900 milli liters of water
  • Unflavored plain / white gelatin powder 1 pack
  • Cocoa powder 25 grams
  • Sugar 100 grams 
  • 1/2 can white sweetened condensed milk

Ingredients Vla / Fla Chocolate:

  • Custard flour 2 tablespoons
  • 100 gram sweetened condensed milk
  • 300 milli liters of water
  • Full cream milk powder 4 tablespoons
  • Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons (or to taste)

Topping / Sprinkling Ingredients:

  • Sufficiently grated cheese
  • Can be replaced with white chocolate or choco chips

Steps to Make Cheese Chocolate Milk Pudding:

  1. Pudding : First, dissolve the plain gelatin with a little water until smooth, set aside.
  2. Next, boil the water, sweetened condensed milk, gelatin solution and sugar. Keep stirring on low heat so that the dough doesn't burn. Then take a little dough to dissolve the cocoa powder, mix well. Then enter into the pudding mixture, stir quickly. If necessary, filter the cocoa powder solution, so that there are no lumps.
