- Add oyong, boil briefly. Add spinach, salt and sugar, cook until spinach is wilted and quite cooked. Serve cold

Ingredients
- Pomfret / snapper 1 tail size 400 g
- Salt to taste.
- Banana leaves as needed
Ground spices
- 5 pieces of bay leaf
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 2 cloves
- Lime juice 1 tbsp
- 1 finger turmeric
How to Make Grilled Fish Wrapped in Leaves
- Wash the fish, cut it into 3 parts, coat with lime juice and leave for 5 minutes (so it's not fishy).
- Mix fish with ground spices, wrap in banana leaves.
- Bake until the fish is cooked. Serve warm.
Rice Agar – Agar
Ingredients
- White jelly pack
- Rice liter
- Water as needed (depending on the type of rice)
How to Make Rice Agar – Agar
- Wash the rice in clean water, then set it aside
- Bring the water to a boil, add the rice and agar-agar, cook over medium heat until the water runs out and the rice is half cooked, then cool.
- Prepare a medium-sized saucepan, add the cooked rice, steam for some time until cooked.
- If cooking using a rice cooker, cook as usual (mix rice, water and agar-agar).
- Lift and serve.
