Adis Kitchen Style Hotang/Hotdog Potato Recipe

Assalamualaikum. Back again at Adis Kitchen. This time I want to invite my friends to make Potato Hotang/Hotdog in the style of Dapur Adis . So, let's go directly to how to make it.

Potato hotdog ingredients: - Sausage to taste - Frozen potatoes - 100gr wheat flour - 50gr cornstarch - 1/2 tsp baking powder - Salt to taste - Pepper powder to taste - 1 egg - 100ml liquid milk - Cooking oil for frying How to make hotang: 1 Fry the sausages until 1/2 cooked 2. Make the dipping ingredients, add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, eggs. 3. Add milk little by little and stir until thick. 4. Once thick, put it in a glass, then let it rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. 5. Dip the sausage into the dipping ingredients, then stick the frozen potatoes that have been cut into small pieces. 6. Fry until golden yellow then remove and drain. 7.
