- Chicken - 500 grams

- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Egg - 1 egg
- Water - 250 ml
- Oil, for frying - 350 ml
- Ground spices:
- Shallots - 5 grains
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Candlenut - 2 grains
- Turmeric - 1 knuckle
- Ginger - 1 knuckle
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Green Sambalado:
- Big green chilies - 10 pieces
- Green cayenne pepper - 5 pieces
- Green tomatoes - 1 piece
- Shallots - 3 grains
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Complementary:
- Boiled cassava leaves - to taste

- Jackfruit curry: Boil young jackfruit until tender, remove and drain. Then cut the boiled jackfruit, set aside.
